A traditional counted class following the Sanskrit vinyasa count of the Full Primary Series. Every movement is synchronized with the breath. Open to those familiar with the sequence.

These classes are an opportunity for you to stay connected to your practice, especially if you are not currently able to join an in-person Shala.
Open to complete beginners and advanced practitioners. Everyone is welcome 🧘♀️
